The online experience offers 6 workshops focusing on self-care and stress management. Each workshop offers therapeutic yoga tools (Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra), relaxation exercises, discussion, and experiential learning. You will learn practical skills you can use in your daily life and leave this workshop with your own unique self-care plan. “Every act of self-care is a powerful declaration: I am on my side, I am on my side, each day I am more and more on my own side.” - Susan Weiss Berry

Integrating a trauma-informed approach to radical self-care, we will use yoga, community, discussion, writing practices and skills-building to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and create a self-care practice that supports your health and wellness. You will learn easy-to-use skills that can be used in everyday life to manage stress, anxiety and trauma responses.
